Dean Gardens, once home to Larry Dean and former wife Lynda located in Johns Creek, GA (North Fulton County Georgia/North Atlanta, GA), has reportedly been sold to a new owner for $7.6 million. Over many years the asking price for the estate has ranged from $40 million to $20 million.

The Deans’ elaborate 58-acre estate includes an eight-bedroom pink mansion, an 18-hole golf course and its own wedding chapel. The house and estate took over 4 years to build. At one time Michael Jackson was interested in purchasing the property but it never came to fruition.

Many speculations have circulated as to what would happen to the property in the future from it being demolished, to the new buyer using it as his/her private home. In addition to the reported speculations from many online sources, rumors have surfaced that movie producer/ actor and entertainment mogul Tyler Perry is the new owner of the Dean’s estate.

Regardless of which story holds to be true about the Dean’s estate, it appears to be a historical and truly remarkable home portrayed in the various photos below.
